Our romantic escape was a disaster. the only two things we liked were the breakfast and the nearby restaurants. the food at the hotel's restaurant was not great, so we ended up eating out every night. the location was pretty good, though not as close to the ski trail as we expected. the staff were friendly, but we had to wait a long time to check in.
We were extremely disappointed with the room we were given.

We stayed in a room with a terrace and were pleased with our experience. the location was perfect for cross country skiing and there were endless shopping and restaurant options nearby. the staff were kind and helpful, making our stay feel special. the breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the selection of food. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrace.
Our one disappointment was that there weren't many rooms with terraces available, despite what we thought we had booked. this didn't ruin our experience and we still had a lovely visit.

The breakfast is great! There is an extensive variety of food and everything is fresh. The location is perfect, allowing us to do cross country skiing, shopping, and enjoying different restaurants. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, they were always ready to help us.
We booked a room with a terrace, but unfortunately, we were assigned a different type of room. Though it was not the hotel's fault, we were disappointed and our experience was ruined.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect - we were able to easily access a variety of restaurants, shops, and transportation options. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, and the ample parking available.
Everything was spot on, and we couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.
